MusiCards decks are produced in batches by a leading board game manufacturer and shipped from our fulfillment warehouse. You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs and sales tax are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed before payment.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can cancel your order for free at any time before it ships. To cancel, use the "Cancel order" option on your order tracking page (linked in your confirmation email). Cancellations are processed immediately and a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders ship from our warehouse in China to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery times vary by destination. Once shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.
If your deck arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us at [email protected] with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
