All MusiCards decks are custom printed to order. Each deck is produced individually after your order is placed. You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed before payment. Orders shipped to Israel include 18% VAT.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with any major credit or debit card through PayPal's checkout.
You can cancel your order for free at any time before your deck enters production. To cancel, use the "Cancel order" option on your order tracking page (linked in your confirmation email). Cancellations are processed immediately and a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each deck is custom printed specifically for your order.
Orders are shipped worldwide from the United States by our production partner. Delivery times vary by destination. Once shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.
If your deck arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us at [email protected] with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
